Absolutely awesome book. Just beautiful illustrations. You can use them in all types of artwork. Definitely give it a try. I am absolutely happy I bought it.

I didn't realize how thick this book is, it's fantastic! A beautiful and varied collection. The pages are two-sided, so you won't be able to copy with a light board, but tracing paper and a pencil will work. Of course, you dont have to copy, it is also a great source of inspiration.

After looking through this book for the first time, I actually said out loud, “Wow, what a great book.”It is an invaluable resource for artists and helps you understand the structure of many plants, because of the beautiful line work. It is much larger and more comprehensive than I thought it would be.I highly recommend it.

Just as advertised this book has a huge variety of plants to work with. We will be using this book for tattoo reference and it is perfect for this purpose. The images could be used pretty much as is for blackwork. The only critique I have is the paper isn't the highest quality. I wouldn't recommend it for a "high traffic" library. There are two artists in our household so this won't be the case for us. The paper quality is the same for any paperback book you will buy on Amazon, the prices are GREAT but the paper is a little easier to tear. It's a trade off I can easily live with. Great buy for a quieter library.

I love the variety of images. But I don't recommend the kindle version. The names of the plants are in an index at the end. The index gives the Latin name and common English name of each, which is great. But it provides page numbers. Kindle only provides locations, not page numbers. So the index has limited usefulness. Get the print book instead.

Cannot recommend this book enough for anyone interested in amazing detailed plant images. The detail for each and every image is absolutely mesmerizing in comparison to many others on the market. Purchased several and this one is by far worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous large illustrations, neatly organized by categories. LOVE how every item is conveniently identified in the index (maybe a handful of the 2400 are labeled unidentified)--very easy to look up the item in the index, it's organized by page and each illustration is assigned a number. I also love how there's extra sections for plant related stuff like ornate pots, green houses, and plants as frames like borders. Overall, excellent purchase.

I love this books extensive collection of illustrations. A wonderful resource for art and projects.
