Delicious, crunchy, healthy snack choice!
The Only Bean's delicious, healthy, protein-rich and crunchy roasted edamame are great any time, whether as a snack in the car, watching a movie, or hiking your favorite trail! Edamame (soy beans) are a great little bean for anyone, but for me as a diabetic, they're an especially good choice as they don't spike my blood sugar and are a great protein source. These Ranch-flavored ones are a favorite with that tangy, salty seasoning on them that we all love so much, and the crispy crunch is so satisfying, making me not even want chips! I keep them in my car to help keep me from a fast food joint when I'm feeling that hunger hitting me. After buying the three-flavor assortment, I chose to go for another order of just the Ranch as they were my favorite (and no matter how much I really want to like anything with chili or any kind of heat, I just can't handle it, dang it). So, the ten bags are now in the car (well, far less as of this writing)! I like these so much that I went ahead and subscribed to save some money while keeping my healthy, delicious snack craving satisfied for as long as I want!

BEST snack food ever.. crisp with a great flavor. YOU do NOT want to share the bag with anyone. The Ranch and the Sea Salt will settle into your taste buds and open up your senses. VERY good flavor.

Tasty on the go snack
These are such a great snack to have in my purse. They have a great taste and crunchy texture. I love that they are high in protein. They are a lifesaver if I am out and about and suddenly get hungry. I like the sturdy packaging and size. I wish they weren't quite so pricy, but they're worth it to me.

Healthy Post Workout Protein Snack
I learned about Edamame via osteoporosis groups. It contains protein, calcium, and isoflavones, which support bone density and may reduce fracture risk. I eat it, along with calcium-rich foods, and take vitamin D, vitamin K, and calcium supplements to improve my bone health. I lift heavy weights for my size and really like to eat a bag after working out with my trainer. They taste good, have a crunchy texture, and are reasonably priced, which is a plus. I highly recommended.

the best (and healthiest) snack that exists
the best snack out there. these are a staple of my daily life. im not even a vegan, or a keto guy. TOB is just simply a great snack and an excellent choice for people who are conscious of their health. they taste incredible, the macros are great. if you want to eat healthier, you should start here. the others flavors are excellent too. but these sea salt ones are just the most superior in my opinion. lowest calorie, best tasting, lowest sodium. arguably the best possible snack you could choose

Good, but make sure to have your water!

The flavor is simple but satisfying—just enough sea salt to make it addictive without feeling over‑seasoned. Compared to roasted chickpeas, these are way crunchier and don’t get chalky.
