Very easy to swallow with little to no aftertaste. It has been a good supplement in conjunction with a few dietary changes at controlling my glucose levels. The seem to suppress my appetite just a little as well. Good product

I haven't had an a1c test since I started taking this Berberine, so I can not report on its efficacy.

i couldnt tell if it helped or not, so i just orderd a 2nd bottle and even keep a closer watch on my numbers, let you know in another month how the second bottle worked out. im half way through my 2nd bottle,and they do work for me, ive been over montering my sugar levels,before, 2 ,3 hr after a meal, morning wake up, they work xtremly well with my metformin and glymberide, im sold on these now,

I like the ingredient combination in this product. It has been proven to work better than Metformin with no side effects. My mom, myself and a couple of friends use it daily with very good results.

A combination of Berberine, Chromium, and Cinnamon would be ideal for diabetics IF the cinnamon were CEYLON cinnamon. If I could find such, I wouldn't have to purchase these ingredients separately as I now do.

It works says it says it does. It really helps regulate your glucose levels.
