Easy to install
Installed 3 about a year ago in 2 closets and a pantry with standard 115V fixtures. I was a bit worried about the thin wire, but as long as they are correctly rated you shouldn't have any issues. Works as designed - no problems. Very cool going "switchless." I painted the ends white to blend in better with the door and the jamb. Will be ordering more in the future.

I like the small size
I like the small size. Worked fine when installed. Slightly heaver wire would help my instance but may be thin for other applications.

Works, but light has slight flicker
I used this to make my single flourcent tube light in my pantry automatic. It works just fine but the light slightly flickers. Maybe if the wires were a bit thicker then there wouldn't be an issue.

Easy way to turn closet lights on automatically
I have installed these in a number of walk in closets to automatically turn the lights on when the doors are opened. Depending on what wiring is already there and where it is located these are pretty easy to install with the addition of a junction box or 2. Be sure to add a low wattage fuse as these are only rated for 2 amps. A low wattage LED light only uses 1/10 to 1/4 watt, so a 1/2 amp fuse on the power feed to this switch makes everything safe. I wish it was white but a little white paint on the surface after it is installed hides it nicely.

Didn't last.
Worked for first two times then stopped working. Ohmmeter read it as open with or without magnet connected.
