It tastes and smells absolutely terrible and in this much time isn't effective in lung health.

Bought this at the stall at IG airport New Delhi. I bought this to see if I get any immunity against the deadly smog in Delhi. Happy to report that this does seem to work ; so far. The allergic coughs and regular sneezing that I always used to face in the Delhi smog seems to have gone away.

Dangerous ingredient combination. Sodium benzoate and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are preservatives that, when combined and exposed to heat or light, can react to form benzene, a known carcinogen.

So far there's no change. I used them hoping for relief but that's nonexistent with this product. I would return them if I hadn't used so many, but again I was hoping they would work.

I'll be honest, drinking these everyday for almost a month hasn't had any impact on my lung health or ability to breathe better. However, I do usually take effervescent tablets daily and they usually help me feel a bit more energized - these do, however I dont think they're actually aimed at any sort of lung detox as claimed so I wouldn't purchase again.

I ordered this supplement from the Amazon brand Pure Nutrition. You get 40 large dissolving tablets, each of which makes one drink when combined with 200ml of water. The flavour is listed as lemon and lime - honestly I'm not getting it. Maybe the very slightest hint but its overpowered by something, feels like either chalk or salt to my tastebuds. It's not a dreadful taste - its pretty mild - but I wouldn't drink it as a pleasant cooler if it wasn't a supplement product. The product contains mostly NAC+ alongside vitamin C but take note the vitamin C is listed as only 5 percent of the suggested daily intake. The best before date is 18 months from manufacture, and it was made in India. This product needs to be kept dry for the fizz to work properly in water so be sure to put the lid on tight after use. This package of 2 containers represents a 40 day supply if you took one glass a day. I'm not sure how long I should take it for at the outset, but I feel like it would be a longer term commitment thing, at least over the winter months. Interesting product I will persevere with, but too early to think about its effectiveness, if any, just yet. Four stars
