Brought for hair growth oil. It's ok.

I use this in my hair growth oil product and it does the job. I must say it definitely worked in helping to grow my hair along with the fam. It does not smell bad. It’s affordable. I would recommend to purchase.

I take a 1/4 tsp and mix it in warm water and just down it. Helps boost my energy levels. It is bitter. Some herbs and spices are bitter to stimulate the liver. Read about all the health benefits. Thoughtful packaging. Would reorder. :)

I absolutely love the flavor of fenugreek and this one is very good. I do not know what people are using it for in teas and stuff because you have to be very light-handed with it and learn how much to use. If you use too much (more than a few shakes) it becomes bitter. I love to use 1/8 tsp fenugreek with 1/8 tsp cardamom in combination in many soups and even desserts! The fenugreek is buttery flavored while the cardamom has a light lemony flavor. They're heavenly together!

I will have to rate this maybe a 3 star because I am not sure if it is giving me the intended results. It has a very very VERY earthy taste. Like fresh green grass. Try to take with other good tasting drinks. It doesn't break apart easily once I scoop it out with a measuring cup and place it into a drink even if it says put into warm drinks. Still doesn't break apart. I am taking to see what activity it will be doing body wise.

This is my second buy...it's really worked well for my hair..love it..
