Healthy alternate to oils
This is an excellent alternative to the liquid vegetable oils. Although solid at room temp it quickly liquifies with mild heat and is easy to measure by the spoonful without dripping. Health advocates tout it's benefits which seem valid. It does not get rancid. Other plant oils have additives for storage.
