These are impossible to sharpen and break constantly. I want to return mine they’re so bad

Not worth the buy. Tip consistently break off.
Tip keeps breaking. This is not worth spending your money on. The wood is too week. Ido not press hard so it’s not a case of too much pressure. The wood encasing the charcoal is very brittle and the charcoal seems to be in pieces within because it cannot be used without breaking the tip constantly.

Lead breaks off all the time
When sharpening the lead breaks off. It’s a very thick line, it does fire ok

Ok for outlines
I wanted to write out a recipe on a plate, didn’t achieve the clean lines I was looking for…. But it is great over underglaze. Had to keep sharpening used half of one pencil for a small project.

Tried to use this on bisque ware. Difficult to sharpen without tip falling out. Won’t write on bisque ware without tip breaking off.So not recommended.
