I don't understand is it chargeing or not

Not working.

This product is really good. But the only thing I didn't like is- I ordered it in PURPLE and it arrived in PINK. It was still good. Relieved my neck pains. But, now... The light doesn't blink while charging as shown. Stops all of a sudden. And doesn't start.
