Have to wait and see how durable it really is with the Sun it is on a greenhouse

We live in Arizona and I made a garden frame with metal piping and just zip tied this to it. It seems to be pretty sturdy, but the AZ sun typically ruins any fabric that is left outside after a year, so we'll see. As for the shading, I can't say for sure if it is 40% or not, but it provides good shade so that my tomatoes, pumpkins, zucs, and peppers seem to be growing healthy so far in the 115F sun.

It almost immediately began to tear and now is separating from the edge binding. Pretty cheap when it couldn't even last a few months of the first year.

Works for my application in garden. Have grommets running through wire on both sides so I can slide cloth back and forth when not in use

Absolutely love it. Used it as a view blocker for my business. No tears or rips for 2 months. Had storms roll through and I haven't found a single rip or tear. Had to cut one piece in half and even the cut hasn't tried tearing yet.
