I really like the fact that this supplement contains nearly all the needed vitamins and minerals along with probiotics. Since I have been using this I find I feel better and sleeping better. It is a great value because if you bought the vitamins, minerals and probiotics separately it would cost 4 or 5 times this much money. I have a hard time swallowing big pills and although it is a fairly big pill it is slippery enough to swallow without too much difficulty and it does not taste that bad if chewed. I also have discovered Essentials other wide variety products that I am now trying and like them.

I have bought lots of health products from Amazon but not have the habit of leaving reviews. I am simply a customer who feels so good after starting these supplements I had to share! I have only been taking these pills for couple weeks but I felt a difference almost immediately. I have more energy throughout the day and do not need more than one cup of coffee to keep me awake. The pills are a bit big but it is okay by me. The price is much less than other brand-name ones. Happy and absolutely recommend it!

I like that this product kept my energy level always on the go at work sitting behind a computer. Usually I'd find myself hitting a bad low in the day, but this product kept me going, and always enthusiastic about the work I was doing.

I am very pleased with the results so far. I started noticing an improvement in my energy level on the third day. After 2 weeks, I am already down 5 pounds.

Good quality and as advertised. Note that you must take three tablets per day, which my husband does not like. Not much coating on the outside so it takes a good bit of water to get them down. Medium-size tablets, not oversized.
