Delicious, nutritious, and easy to prepare
Outstanding. I’ve always loved oatmeal in the morning, but for some reason my digestive system no longer tolerates it. I’ve even tried gluten free oats to no avail. So I gave it up, though have always missed them. Well no longer. The quinoa flakes are even better, creamier, and more delicious, texture wise, like a cross between oatmeal and cream of wheat. (the latter of which I can’t eat either) I ordered one to try, and have now returned to reorder.This cereal is very simple to prepare. I like it a little thick, so I added 3/4 cup of boiling water to 1/2 cup of the quinoa flakes, stirred, and covered for two minutes. I add a little milk, cinnamon, and a stevia packet, and with a little fruit on the side, I have a perfectly delicious, energy packed breakfast. Give it a try, but save some for me. :)

Alkaline diet on the go.
This is a product for smart people that know how to cook and I hope it doesn't get discontinued because of incompetent reviews. It doesn't taste burnt and the toasted flavor goes great with some boiled in cinnamon and added honey and greek yogurt if you like it a little sweet and creamy like I do. This is an alkaline grain people, keep it going or get stuck with oat groats for an hour.

Delicious!
These are delicious. I make mine with rice milk and some maple syrup, since I have a lot of food allergies. It tastes great with enjoy life chocolate chips sprinkle across the top. I think it would be good with raisins and cinnamon, too. Happy I found this product.

Bitter but good for baking
This worked very well for home made granola but when I tried them on their own for breakfast it was very bitter. I’ll keep for granola

Great Taste and Texture
Quinoa flakes are a great alternative to oatmeal and cereal. I have use the flakes in soup and casserole dishes to add fullness and taste. I find a 1/4 cup of the dry quinoa flakes and 1/2 cup of water to be just the right amount for breakfast. Fruit and veggies pair well with the quinoa flakes. I have tried different brands of quinoa flakes and prefer I Heart the best.

Being able to see ingredients and size
Have been searching for something like this for a very long time since I can't have gluten, dairy, certain spices and sweeteners and stumbled upon this. It was definitely an answer to my many prayers, to God be the glory 🎶🙏

Nice taste and consistency
Really good. Didn't have the earthy taste I noticed in a different brand on flakes. This cooked nicely and was more like a porridge. Like this a lot!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually like this (made with less water, though) because I don't normally like hot cereal.If you already like this company's puffs (I do), you'll like this.
