Used Summer Bridge Books from PK to 10th grade
I've been using these Summer Bridge books for the past 10 or so years. They are a good supplement for summer activities. I do periodic reviews (about 1-2 weeks) to see where my kids are. Some are on top of it, some fall behind and we help them catch up. I tear the Answer Keys out and only use them at reviews. If a kid finishes all their books (including Bonuses) before the school year, they are rewarded - $50 or so. I have also used additional supplemental books, but at times this became too much for them, the Summer Bridge books tend to be more "manageable".

Good value-excellent results!
I bought this book for my son to work during the summer time. My idea was to keep his mind busy and working during the summer days and it’s working! The book comes divided and gives only 2 pages to work per day. Simple, right? Yes, and that is the key because it keeps them doing it every day! Just 2 pages per day is doable and the content is a mixture of what they already learned and new content for them to learn. Super simple to follow and I can’t wait to see where he’ll be once school starts again. Just having him engaged and working for 15 minutes is a great thing for me. I’ll buy it again next year.

Good workbook to keep teen brains fresh over the summer!
Great workbook- covers most of the common core subjects. The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t an example for each day for the math. My teen often had to look up how to do a problem because she forgot. Also- the answer section is written in such a tiny font that I couldn’t read it without a magnifying glass! 😂 could just be my eyes but thought someone might want to know that.Better than most workbooks I have used.
