Purchased because I was having periods more often than usual (like every two weeks out of the blue) and increased anxiety. Not sure if this alone has helped but after about 2 months of daily use my periods are back to every month and I am less anxious. I am certain there are other contributing factors but I cannot rule this out as possibly helping!

After taking tons of supplements where the daily dose is like three capsules a day, this was a great find--there are 180 capsules and that is 180 doses--that's about half a year! The expiration date is well in the future--more than 2 years! The product is labeled as vegan and non GMO. It has no taste I could find, and no burp or aftertaste. I've had good results with this for one of the reasons it's being studied.

I like that this product is non-GMO, organic, etc. I was surprised to see this is 180 day supply! You only need to take one a day for its benefits. Read about this supplement. This is a great value for that! It's easy to take for me. I recommend this product.
