This is mains only, it does not run off 12v.

Q: Will this also run on 24 volt please

The pack we got came with an adapter that fits in a car cigarette lighter socket. Therefore, will work off a car battery and should run off 24 volts.

Q: I just need to boost my mobile signal where signal is almost zero and I need to tether for video calls. Is this the right product for me?
