For years I e been using another brand, with the spike in their price increase I decided to look for an alternative… I have found these multivitamins to be just a good, their cover all the essentials - very pleased

I like that these include various vitamins and minerals. They are reasonably big but still easy to swallow and don’t leave an aftertaste. It’s difficult to say if these directly contribute to my health as I know most supplements are not easily absorbed by the body but I like to think they contribute to my general wellbeing alongside my normal diet as I am not often unwell

my partner has taking these with every dinner meal for months now and has found she is getting sick less than before.

I'm overall happy with the outcome of this product. The delivery was great; the packaging used smaller boxes instead of wasting a large box on a small product. For the price of it, I was rather impressed that it contains 180 tablets, which I have to note while a little larger than the average pill was easy to swallow. I don't believe the vitamins have a particular taste or smell, but that could just be me. Within the first few days of starting this product I feel as if I'm more energised and get better sleep. Definitely worth every penny.

Good quality vitamins, fab price compared to shop bought. Quite big to swallow but comparative with most multivitamins. Not full of bright colours, no taste.

I'm not sure about these, they are comprehensive, but also have a tendency to get a bit sticky while stored and the colour changes from a paler yellow to having more prominent black flecks which makes me concerned it is deteriorating or even getting mouldy. They are also very large and hard to swallow.

This multivitamin really works. I had folic acid deficiency and often felt tired. After using it, I feel much better and am full of energy throughout the day. It has also improved my breathing, energy levels, and sleep quality.
