I’ve been taking these as my old brand stopped selling and these are better and they are only one a day so works out cheaper for me too. I take them to alleviate pain in the baps due to menopausal mayhem and they are doing the trick. My breasts were unbearably painful prior to taking these and now they are fine, despite 3 pumps of oestrogel a day. Good stuff!

Was disappointed in plastic packet, difficult to keep them air tight.product is fine .
