Looks great BUT a section missing. Emailed and was told that's how it is.... when the scroll doesn't sit flush due to this as seen in picture. When questioned I didn't get a reply and initially responses were quick. Asked for replacement seems unlikely I'll get one. Disappointed as other than what you see on picture the rest is great
