The Dot to Dot Activity Book for Kids: Connect the Dots and Coloring Fun for Kids Ages 4 and Up

My 6- and 8-year old kids recently pulled out other random drawing books handed down to us, got excited for a minute and then their faces would fall as soon as they saw the pages. "This is too complicated!" As you can imagine, my face fell too.But when this Dot to Dot Activity Book arrived and my kids eagerly opened them up, their joy only increased as they realized how DOABLE this book was without being boring! They could connect the dots and also color to their hearts' delight, allowing them to be confident and creative without feeling overwhelmed or dull. After a full year of being back for in-person school, their brains have been challenged to capacity and they're ready to do something for the sheer delight of it. This book meets that and is just SO perfect as we launch into summer! I always love Jacy Corral's work and am SO glad this new book is out for our kids' enjoyment, and for some sanity in us parents!

The preschooler in our house always wants to keep up with her older siblings! This book allows her to practice writing and drawing at her own level. She is so excited about the cute pictures that she’s already started setting up independent time to work in this book with great colored pencils. It’s music to my ears= a little peace and quiet from the busiest body in our house. Jacy Corral’s books are always a hit with us!

This perfect dot to dot for small kids and older because of the great pictures. Imagine a little drawing their own knight and the. Being able to colour it. Absolutely perfect. Jacy’s books are amazing and this one just tops it off.

This book is an adorable and fun way to engage kiddos! At first it seemed like a random assortment of objects, but then I realized it was organized into themes like ocean, food, sports, fairy tale, animals, etc. So thoughtful! And there’s tons of different creative themes so it’s great for boys and girls alike. Some pictures are very simple and others are more complex. Highly recommend for all types of kids!

The "connect the dots" books of my youth are no longer. Good riddance! I actually cackled seeing all the fun things my kids could connect. A croissant!?!? Fabulous! A cannon, and a treasure map and a cauldron! yes please!! I need more toast with a happy face in my life, and this book provides. Thank you for all the cuteness. You made my day.

This is a great little activity book to have on hand, especially for summer break! My 6 and 3-yo both love this book. It's a little advanced for my preschooler, but there is enough of each picture already illustrated that he has a blast just coloring in what's already there. I had to limit how much time my 6-yo spent on it because she was going to finish the whole book in one sitting if I let her! It's a great book for when you need a few quiet moments, and would be great to take in the car for road trips or for anywhere the kids might have to sit and wait (doctor's office, church, etc.). It's not super thick or heavy so perfect for on-the-go. There's also a great variety of illustrations so that it's perfect for girls AND boys. We love this! So glad I got two so that my kids aren't having to fight over them. :)

Love the word photo association. Great for fun, concentration and learning all at the same time!

My kids really love activity books, and I’m always hunting for ones that have a lovely aesthetic (artist mom problems 😇), so I was excited to see that this book company released another one. This illustrator is soo talented. The designs are adorable, so I feel like they are getting some subliminal art appreciation while they think they are just connecting dots.
