I recently purchased the KAMRUI AMD Ryzen 7 3750H Mini PC with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This mini computer has exceeded my expectations in many ways.Firstly, the performance is outstanding. With the AMD Ryzen 7 processor and Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics, it handles tasks like video editing and light gaming with ease. I've been able to work on light graphic-intensive projects and play games without any lag or slowdowns. It's truly a versatile machine.The small form factor of this mini PC is perfect for my office setup. It doesn't take up much space, yet it delivers desktop-level performance. The Mini Computer DP 4K Dual Screen support is a fantastic feature, allowing me to easily use it with two monitors for increased productivity.One thing to note is that the PC came with Windows 11 Home instead of Windows 11 Pro as advertised. However, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they worked diligently to resolve the issue. They provided clear instructions on how to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, and I appreciate their assistance.In addition, I plan on upgrading the memory in the future to further enhance the performance of this mini PC. The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd mini PC. I bought it because it was marketed as a gaming PC and it seemed like it had good specs for the price. I wasn’t too sure what to expect, but I’ve been using it for about a week now and I’ve had no issues. I’ve ran Valorant and seem to be getting a stable 60 fps (it can go higher but I’ve limited it to 60). I have also been using it to do some CAD modeling on SolidWorks which it has been more than capable of handling. One thing I do like about the unit is that it has a USB-C port which I feel like most other mini PCs lack. Finally, the PC does turn on the fans when I’m running SolidWorks or Valorant, but even then it’s not too loud. It’s definitely still quieter than my PS5 or actual PC. When I’m just using it to browse the web or do other light tasks I can’t hear the fans. Overall, this mini PC is a pretty good buy for its price.

After about 2 years this is dead now. This evening it was no longer on (it should have been) so I power cycled it and the light came on, and fan spun up, but nothing. I turned it off, unplugged power, and when I plugged it back in there was a visible arc. Leaving it on for about 10 minutes it finally came up to the BIOS screen. It does not appear to detect any drives to boot from, NVME or USB. I've tried reseating RAM and NVME but no change.Original:If you plan to do a fresh install of Windows on this device don't, the drivers are not made available, which highly concerns me. When I initially received the device I booted it fine, connected to my Microsoft account and started installing all of the Windows updates available. I was having issues with the screen going black every few minutes for a couple seconds even when actively using the device. I attempted to install updated AMD drivers using their auto updater. The next morning the machine would no longer boot and was unable to reinstall from the onboard recovery. Since I was connected to my Microsoft account I created a clean Windows 11 install stick from my primary desktop. While this install worked, I was unable to updated AMD drivers, and Windows was unable to find sound drivers. I reached out to support who would not provide me with drivers, but did provide me with a download image for Windows 11 which includes the drivers, but cannot update the AMD drivers.This greatly concerns me as I don't know much about the company or their Windows image. The initial boot is not the same as a clean Windows image so for security purposes I obviously don't know anything about what else may be lurking in the background. The fact that installing any AMD software (I tried the latest, early 2022, and mid 2021 version) send it into a recovery cycle that fails and can only be resolved with a complete reinstall of Windows. This makes me wonder if all of the components are legit. Windows did activate to my account, so I think it was legit.Performance wise I bought this for use with my amateur radio equipment so it has enough horsepower to run the various software for that. It stays on 24/7 and hasn't had any overheating issues. I think it could be a respectable machine for the size, but I wouldn't trust it with anything sensitive if I can't install a clean copy of Windows or update drivers without it crashing. If I had been able to do a clean install, with know driver sources I would have given this 4 stars. If it had worked on my BenQ 1440p monitor without blanking the screen every few minutes I would have given it 5 stars. When I moved it to a 1080p Samsung it almost completely stopped the screen blanking.By now I have used it for a couple of weeks and reinstalled Windows probably 10 times trying to get things working right. Since it wasn't fully DOA it is to late to return it without a fee so I'll just keep it and keep it strictly as a radio computer.
