This product is completely from China nothing change same product We are getting cheaper, I selected this product to be better then other but I can get this same in cheaper 67dhs

It's only been a few months and the battery quality has gone down tremendously, very disappointed

Arrived fast. Packaging fine and nothing broken..Works great. My laptop computer battery had finally died so needed a new one and this is just perfect.Update: Battery died after 5 months and had to buy another one...Not sure how long these batteries are supposed to last..It did work great as I said in first review... but just did not last long..maybe all these batteries only last a short time.. Original battery lasted 2 years..I follow all the specs on how to take care of the batteries..will keep eye on new battery and see how long it lasts.

I have a 2017 Dell inspiron 17.3" (5759) laptop Touchscreen, which I don't use. The new battery was a perfect fit. My laptop is a power hog because I have the power option on high performance, I don't see well. When I calibrated it I got little over 3hrs on the first 100% charge. Mt original dell laptop battery gradually wouldn't hold a charge very long. It lasted appox. 2yrs which is average. I've been using using the power adaptor for the last year. Time for a new battery. This battery was a great choice. I highly recommend it.

It charged once and only once and never charged again. I thought I got a new battery except Amazon decided to send me an old, crappy, used battery apparently. Because when it got low, I plugged my computer in and the computer was plugged in and the battery charged. Unplugged when battery reached 100%. It got low again, plugged in the computer, and this time, the battery didn't charge. Tried to ask for the replacement which Amazon did process a replacement order through, but now I'm probably going to end up charged by Amazon for both a defective battery and a potentially working battery which might be defective again anyway. Why? Because they didn't send me any information about how to do the UPS drop-off. That's not my fault and I am going to be contacting an Amazon service rep and letting them know that they are not to charge me for their faults.

I followed the directions, charge battery, drain to nothing, and charge again. I had to do this twice because the first time the battery drained down to 20% because I did not turn off battery saver in settings on the computer. After turning off the battery saver the battery could be completely drained. I left the laptop on until the battery was exhausted completely, drained, and shut off. Afterward, I recharged to 100% charged. I had it for a couple of weeks and I have no complaints. I have purchased other batteries that I had to return because they were unable to sustain a charge. So, I was pleasantly surprised that this worked better than my original dell battery. I gave this a try because of the 2-year warranty. I am glad I did. Great value and performance.

This MINI 10 replacement battery was cheap, and lifetime is unknown, but the Dell price was four or five times the cost for this one...so, I deemed it to be WORTH IT! I'll take the gamble, because I don't want to pay the 'price of the computer' for just a replacement battery -- you got that, Dell? By the way, replacement was simple.
