It worked weel for what I needed and was packed well.

Wouldn’t recommend for a man to wear, but looks good on me. In my opinion, men need a wider rim hat. Both my 29 yo daughter and 15 yo son said the same thing.

The box looked ok but the hat got a little misshaped. It was repairable

Nice well made hat. Received several compliments when I wore it to the Rodeo. I did buy a different hat band, but the hat band that it comes with looks very attractive. I have already ordered it in a different color.

I have own western brand name cowboy hats for many years and paid a lot of money for them. True they last if you take care of them, but I am so please with this hat, I'm sure if I take care of it, it will last as well as the more expensive hats. It's adjustable, came packed with a crown protector which I will store with the hat when I'm not wearing. Love the style and the looks. Plan to buy more in different colors.
