This set is very well-built, attractive, with well-written instructions, and if this was for a new install I would have no complaints. However, I was using this to replace a 30-year old Kohler set in a 30-year old Kohler sink: the sprayer diverter valve was dying. I was able to get the old set out and this new one in without major incident and it works fine. EXCEPT: the whole set wobbles whenever you turn on the tap. Despite my having tightened the mounting nuts as tight as a could, using two small Vise-Grips. Why? Because there are rubber plugs that descend from the hot and cold faucets, and the rubber washer was not thick enough to allow me to tighten the mounting nuts tight enough to keep the set from wobbling. My wife needed the sink to fix dinner so I installed it like that. As you maybe can see from the picture, I was installing the set in holes in a thin stainless-steel sink. The cone-shaped, rubber-stopper-shaped washer above was preventing me from tightening the retaining washer and rubber washer, seen in the hole at the bottom, tight enough against the base of the set to keep it from wobbling. I ended up using a knife to cut the top cone-shaped washers off. If I had known that installing into something thin like my stainless steel sink, I would have taken them off before I attached the hoses and it would have been fine. They offered me a refund, which I refused because now it's working fine. However, I did email back with a request that they add something about this to the instructions so others don't suffer my plight.

This faucet is nice. I didn’t need a new faucet but my old one was a strange size and I needed to hook an adapter on for a garden hose and none fit the old one. This faucet is sleek and standard size, so my adapter fit. Worst part of installation was getting the old one out! Once that was done, this one was up and running in minutes. My only complaint is that the aerator doesn’t aerate my hot water for some reason. It does the cold fine, but the hot is just like it’s running from a hose. But that isn’t a big deal. Liked the fact that new supply hoses came with the faucet.

Facile a installer si vos mesures sont bonnes par contre ce n'est pas une qualitee de robinet a 200$... la douche n'a pas beaucoup de pression et le robinet a tendance a degouter apres utilisation. J'imagine que c'est dû a sa physionomie. Mais somme toute je suis satisfaite de mon achat !! Reste a voir avec le temps, j'ai gardée mon autre au cas ou
