Excellent! Worth the money.
Very happy with purchase. There were no parts to assemble. I just took it out and opened it up. It is easy to close too and transport. I did buy the additional padding which is a definite necessity if you put the playpen on a floor without a rug. Without the additional self inflated padding the floor beneath is too hard for a baby/child. The additional padding self inflates or you can blow it up even more. Easy to deflate also. But, if the playpen is on a thick rug without the padding the baby will feel the soft cushiness of the rug. It also comes with a bag that has a strap handle so that you can carry it like a golf bag over your shoulder. There is a locking mechanism on both sides and all you have to do is step on it or pull it up to unlock. Baby is protected as the baby/ child cannot reach the locking mechanism. The playpen easily fits in the carry bag but it would be too much of a challenge or impossible to put the padding in the same bag, however, the padding will be easy to roll up and tie it closed or put a big rubber band around it. I can move it inside or outside in seconds. NOT FOR PUPPIES OR SMALL DOGS as they will rip the webbing sides with their nails.

Perfect
I absolutely LOVE this play yard!! We live in a one bedroom apartment at the moment and there isn’t much space so I looked FOREVER for a play yard that was on the smaller side. But i needed it to be big enough that I can sit in it with him and for him to crawl around, this is absolutely perfect! It only takes like 5 seconds to open and 5 seconds to pack up and is so easy to travel with even in my tiny car (Chevy Cruze). I love that you can completely detach the netting from the bars so you can wash the entire thing. It’s also tall enough that when my son gets older and starts to pull himself up he will still not be able to get out. It’s very sturdy and there is two locks on each side of it to make sure it doesn’t collapse or fold up.

Regalo vs Summer Play yard
I was debating between this and the Summer Infant Pop N' Play Portable Playard , so I ordered both since there was free returns and I could just send one back. Here is a quick comparison: Regalo: (The one I'm keeping) --Removable bottom and netting (and mine is already dirty after a week or so of use) --Much easier to set up and fold down- just two bars on the bottom of either side to pull or push down with your foot --A bit more cheaply made, so if you have older kids who want to climb in and out (like I do), this might not wear as well. I have popped stitches on the top of all 6 small blue covers around the top rim, but I don't think it should affect the performance. Summer: (The one I'm returning) --Bottom isn't removable (and the bottom of the Regalo is already dirty after a week or so of use) --More time-consuming to set up/fold down- you have to go to six attachments that are tightly held on, one on the bottom of each "V", and slide it off (not as simple as it sounds:) --Materials seem better. I don't think the popped stitches I have on the Regalo would happen on the Summer (but I had a 2yo and two 4yos climbing in and out, too) So all in all, I like the Regalo for the ease of set up/folding and the option to remove the bottom and netting to wash. I have some pictures comparing the two, as well as the popped stitches on the Regalo, the corresponding grey part on the Summer, the folding bar vs the attachments to fold the Summer, and some more material comparison. Blue is Regalo, green is Summer. Update: I contacted Regalo just to let them know what I liked, but also what I thought needed improvement (stitches ripping), and they sent me another play yard for free, without my even asking! So, great customer service there!

I’m keeping.
This is great and easy to set up. The only thing is it didn’t come with a carry bag. I was under the impression that it did.

BEST PLAYPEN
So for starters I got two regular pack and plays for my baby shower thinking perfect I’ll have one for Home and one for travel. Well, let me just tell you not only have I had such back issues since I had a baby but the pack and play has literally been nothing but a nightmare. My daughter does not like them. They’re a pain in the neck to fold, and honestly a little heavy for travel. I invested my time in research and I now have two of these products. I have one at my parents house and one at home. BEST PLAY PEN EVER. My daughter not only loves the see-through sides, but how it sits on the floor flat and it’s honestly big enough for my self to sit in there and play with her if she was not in the mood to be by herself, I can fit plenty of toys I have a mat (the pink fuzzy thing in the photo) in there for her to lay on and honestly it’s just so easy to fold and pick up at literally holes in less than 10 seconds and has a nice little clip to secure it. It also features to walks on either side to keep the playpen in place. I also got these on sale for 46$ so by selling the other pack and plays I had plenty of money to purchase this. If you’re considering or deciding which type of playpen to buy go with this and save money! Hands done better than any of the others out there. And as far as the brand I also have a Regalo bedrail and it’s also amazing. Great products.

So portable and convenient
Wonderful product! Sets up and folds up in seconds. Moves easily from room to room, or take it along on an outing. Also taller than our other more fixed-style playpen, which our extra-tall toddler will grow out of sooner. Updated to add: this did not buy me extra time as compares to other playpens, as he figured out how to use the X-shared frame as a step-stool. Now at 36” tall he can get his foot over the top and climb out anyways. This playpen is large enough to play in, but also small enough to use ball-pit style. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Love this thing.
Having six kids I can easily say this is the best play yard I have ever purchased. So dang easy to put up and take down. It really is wonderful. My only little complaint is the carrying case could be a tad bit looser to allow packing it away to go a biiiit smoother, but definitely not a reason not to purchase. Great size, great height, very durable.
