I buy a lot of this seasoning. It seems to compliment a good range of foods...well I use it on a lot of things. Some cajun seasonings have a tendency to be overly salty and hot which kills all the other flavours. This blend has a lovely balanced combination of flavours with a good spice level. It's not too hot, it's just right in other words. I coat fish fillets, chicken portions, vegetables etc with it and they are mostly then cooked in my air fryer oven, and this blend of spices always enhances everything and makes it taste lively. I can't really say how long it would last in the cupboard if left unused as we use it too quickly. But the shelf life on the packaging is fairly decent. The price is fairly good although it is a little more expensive than the store brands. But the flavour is definitely superior so worth the little bit extra.

We use this a lot! The heat/flavour ratio is 10/10 compared to other brands ive tried. The bigger tub is great value for money compared to buying the smaller jars from the supermarket.

Nice spice blend that I like to use on all sorts of dishes, pork, chicken, even air-frying chips. Plenty large enough tub too to ensure it doesn't all get used up in just a week's cooking.

I have been buying Schwarz Jambalaya Mix for many years and they have discontinued it.... I checked the ingredients on their Cajun mix, which I often add as well, and the ingredients are identical. I then started adding the equivalent mix to make a Jambalaya with this Cajun spice and didn't tell anyone.... Obviously, nobody noticed the different because of the same ingredients and it works out much better value for money. The mix is also very versatile for multiple dishes and the bigger pot lasts longer.
