I was so excited to get this puzzle of our dog! The picture on the outside of the puzzle box looked just as the photo I sent. However, when we opened the puzzle the ENTIRE thing was blurry and pixelated. We couldn’t even do the puzzle.I chalked this up to me maybe sending in a reduced quality picture for the puzzle (the original I sent in appeared to be fine quality). But the quality of the actual pieces was also a problem. Many of them were stuck together, not like the pieces fit together, but non compatible pieces actually stuck together. Most of them ripped when pulling them apart, and/or the top of the piece (where the image is printed) shredded.So disappointed. And not a cheap puzzle either.

I have been turning pictures from our vacations into puzzles and I have to say that the quality if the puzzle pieces with this company was excellent. If you are into puzzles you know the top quality makers, and my husband (a puzzle snob) was very impressed with the quality of board, and the cut.They are not cheap, but i paid a similar amount for one that was no where near the quality of this one.I will definitely buy from this company again.P.s....and it arrived well before I expected!

I ordered a 2,000 piece puzzle a little over a year ago and it was perfect. I just recently ordered another one and the pieces are a cheaper quality. If I put them in a wrong spot, it takes a bit of force to separate them. It’s a minor problem, but a bit annoying. I would rather pay a higher price to avoid this issue. On the positive side, they do offer up to 2,000 pieces, have fast delivery, and allow you to upload up to 80 mb which I have not found anywhere else. The pieces also snap together very easily when in the right spot.

It was a Very easy process to up load your photo and have it turned into a puzzle. We gifted it to my dad for Christmas, and when he was done my mom took it and had it framed. They Both Loved it.

I ordered a 1000 and 500 piece puzzle. I mistakenly ordered a Christmas layout instead of the Classic. Be aware you loose over half of the size of your photo for the puzzle. The puzzle measured 453.75 square inches the actual photo part of the puzzle measuring 213.56 square inches. The majority of the puzzle was a Christmas "border." Very disappointing. The 500 piece looks like over half is devoted to a balloon border.Be aware of what you are ordering.

A good gift for a loved one who enjoys puzzles. The possibilities are endless with all the different pictures you could put on it
