Use an air compressor!
This works great! Our Cub Scout Pack had a great time with this and it is awesome to be able to pack it around easily. I tried inflating it with a small car 12v air compressor and it took over 15 minutes to get about half way. I finished by blowing it up myself in about 5 minutes, however I wouldn't want to do the whole thing that way! Use a portable air compressor instead and it will inflate very quickly.
