After buying a smaller Luminara candle and being thrilled with it I decided I wanted a larger one as well. I love the fact that the larger ones use C or D cell batteries so they last way longer before having to change the batteries. The candles look and feel real and the timer works perfectly until the batteries get really low. These candles look so real that when I used them on the altar at church a couple of people tried to light another (real) candle off them! I love my Luminara candles, they add a lovely warmth to my living room in the evenings and I don't have to worry about fire danger. I do wish they came in more colors, though.

I must own 20 of these candles and use them all year long. I keep them in lanterns on the floor or on candlesticks, use the taper style on my dinner table when guests come and find they set a calm mood whenever they're on. They make wonderful gifts for anyone and they always produce a smile!

I returned the candle even though it was very pretty. I thought it was pricey. I found a similar candle for a lot less money

I have Luminaras throughout the house for lovely light in the evenings. D batteries seem to last FOREVER in these larger Luminara! Had these for years and the timers always function without fail.

Luminara is the "only" brand I will ever buy. They're worth every penny in their durability & beauty ! The last one I had lasted for 7 years. In a recent power outage they were a real lifesaver, lighting up my home on the" timer" setting !!

Flame looks so real. Much more than any other ones I’ve seen. Love that I can set it on timer and not have to worry about turning it on and off. Well worth the price, will be ordering more!L
