This is the perfect size lunch bag for my rubbermaid style containers which are a bit wider than some, I like the soft sides which allow you to be able to squeeze a few more items in, unlike coolers with hard sides. The extra pockets on the outside are handy to keep silverware and napkins in or an extra granola bar or bag of nuts. The long strap is great and it expands to be quite long so when you are hiking you can hang it criss cross on your body and sets low enough to be comfortable while hiking. This bag is my daily lunch bag for work. It's thick insulation helps keep food cool. I don't even take an ice pack or anything to help with coolness. This is a larger bag too which I really like. I have to dock one star off my review due to the bags tendency to leak liquids. So if something thaws or manages to leak out, it's going to leek through the seam on the bag as well.

I've used this neoprene cooler several times now, and I really like it. It is easy to store in my cabinet or closet when not in use (it's neoprene so you can fold it up) yet it is large enough to easily hold a 12-pack! (plus more!!) The only drawback is since it is JUST neoprene, it doesn't hold it's shape when you do put that 12-pack in it and try to carry it. It folds up onto itself, if that makes sense? I am going to look for something firm I can cut to size to use as a base for this to see if that helps.This is well constructed IMHO, and made of good quality materials: neoprene is heavy, zippers all work, straps are adjustable. I like the basic design--NO LOGOS plastered all over it!!

The  neoprene in this cooler is thicker than your average neoprene lunch tote.   If you need a sturdier lunch cooler, because that's what this is, a cooler, this is your bag.  It's nicely lined with a leakproof silver lining and has handy zippered sections and mesh side pockets for water bottles.  Comes with a shoulder strap and two velcro'd neoprene pieces - one to pad the shoulder strap and one for the hand strap.  Thoughtful features.   Has plenty of room for a six-pack plus more, using larger ice packs.  Easy to take along since it's soft and easy to handle.  Very happy with it and absolutely recommend it.
