These boots fit so perfectly and comfortably that I am amazed. I usually wear a 10W so I got the 10 - 10.5. They are light weight, the material so soft and pliable, and they feel as though I’m wearing socks. They excel at the job of keeping my feet dry and even warm for our rainy days here in Alaska. They also look quite trendy and I have already received 3 compliments on their design with the little tassel on each side, how light they are and the softness of the rubber. An amazing product. I intend to get another pair in another color if possible.

When you take public transportation, good rain boots make all the difference in your comfort, especially in cold weather!My old rain boots, while pretty, had a very stiff, thick sole and a nearly two-inch heel. I transitioned to flat footwear a few years ago for the sake of my joint health. (As a hiker and dancer, I want to still be agile when I reach my seventies, and heels are terrible for your body.) But my old rain boots began causing foot and back pain. I searched for zero-drop rain boots, but they were all expensive.I finally found these, and they're great. Easy to put on and take off, since they aren't rigid like many styles. The drawstring at the top allows you to cinch them shut in the event of heavy rain, though I rarely need to do that. I like that the sole is a bit flexible, unlike the stiff soles of the harder plastic rain boots that are more common. It's not heavily padded, but you can add a drugstore insole if you need more cushioning.While I like my gorgeous, brightly colored boots, which had a lovely almost watercolor pattern, these black boots are more versatile. On occasion, I will arrive at the office and discover a customer is early. I can open up and get right to work, since these boots just look like regular boots, until I get a chance to change to flats. Right after I received them, we had to take the train to my brother's engagement party in Midtown Atlanta. It had been storming, and was expected to start raining again. I tucked in the laces and wore my boots to the dinner. Fortunately, it wasn't too fancy!A note on sizing: These run a tad small. I usually wear a size 9 ladies, though occasionally I need a 9.5 or 8.5. In these boots, I sized up to 9.5 to 10, which was definitely the right move.

I ordered; cancelled; then ordered again more than once. I was nervous about getting shoes, again, that I would just have to replace. When I first whet to order this boot they were out of the 9 1/2 size. I take a size 8 (USA) with better shoes (likely to fit a true size). I waited until this shoe was available in the 9 1/2...and they are about 1 size too large, but I can wear heavy winter socks with them. I suspect that I can use an inner sole as well--which would make these easier to walk in. My calf muscles are large (use to run/walk a lot)..about 15" round. Now, these boots fit with room to spare. Yes! I can recommend them with the suggestion that you order about 1 size larger if you want to wear heavy socks with them. I'm happy that I waited.

Updated review- I have had these about 6 months now and I thought my feet were just sweating but they aren't- they are getting wet. In very small spots in both boots. My feet are still dryer then they would be in sneakers but they are not waterproof rain boots and they are very flat. Regular boots with more support are better with the exception that these boots have a pull tie at the top to prevent water from getting in and down your leg and how light weight these are. These boots are not good for monsoon or downpours and they are not good to wear for long periods of time.Original review: I have had these boots for about 2 months now and have worn them about 6 times. Some of the rain was torrential flooding conditions over 3 inches and some was just constant steady rain. So far, I have had no issues with leaks or my clothes getting wet. I like the draw strings at the tops of the boots; it helps keep a nice seal against the weather. My feet do not or have no sweat in these boots yet and I have been wearing them in the summer. The only downside is that there is minimal support for you feet. The boots are very flat and do nothing for your arches but outside of that, they are great. Ill update my post if anything changes but so far so good.

I love love love these boots. I have worn them many times since I got them a week ago. It's been pretty rainy and I am glad I bought them. I walked the dogs, gardened and wore them to the store. My shoe size is 8-1/2 and I bought the boots in the same size hoping they'd fit. They are perfect. They are so lightweight and comfortable and keep my feet dry. I wore a lightweight pair of socks. I rinse them off when I come inside and they dry quickly. The darker part at the top is also the same material as the bottom. You can tighten the drawstring any way you want , tight or loose and there is plenty of room at the top. Great buy and I would recommend to anyone. Happy with my purchase.
