Helps growth speed but unsure about shedding and density
I have used this for a many years. I take 1 tablet a day as maintenance. I'm not 100% sure if it helped with my actual shedding, nor if it helped with the density. However, my hair grows 6" in 4-6 months. So it'll grow long quickly but it's not as full as I'd like.The price fluctuations on this is crazy, I usually get it around the 60 mark. But you can often see it for almost double that.

Something that actually works
These actually work! I never write reviews but I feel very happy with the results. As a woman with thick curly hair I never ever thought I’d be upset about thinning hair. After losing 3 stone my hair was falling out and thinning so I’ve been looking for something to try. I’m just coming to the end of first packet and I have new growth and notice hardly any hair comes out when washing it. So pleased I found these. Already ordered next box.

GREAT PRODUCT AT AN AMAZING REDUCED PRICE.
Ordered on behalf of my sister, who has been using these for years and swears by them, even at the full retail price, as they definitely work. Normally, purchase from Holland and Barrett, but the greatly reduced price on Amazon at the time of purchase for this three month supply box smashed the price of H&B, so ordering from Amazon was a no brainer. The use by date is a good twelve months away, which is also better than H&B as their use by dates on this particular product are always poor.

Helped with Hair Loss, But Caused Insomnia and Headaches
I’ve been using Viviscal for a while now, and I also got my mum to try it. I was going through a really tough time with a lot of stress, and my hair was falling out like crazy. Since starting Viviscal, I’ve noticed that the hair loss hasn’t stopped completely, but it has definitely reduced compared to before, which is a relief.I was taking one tablet after breakfast and another after dinner. However, I’ve been dealing with insomnia, only getting about four hours of sleep a night. I’m pretty sure the supplement is causing this because my sleep habits are usually good, and I’m not taking anything else that could affect my sleep. This is the only new thing I’ve added to my routine. Because of this, I’m thinking of stopping the evening dose and just taking it after breakfast to see if that helps.As for my mum, she started getting these strange headaches that lasted for three days straight. Nothing seemed to help, so I asked her to stop taking Viviscal after I found out that other customers had mentioned headaches as a side effect. We both suspect Viviscal might be the cause of her headaches and my sleep issues.Overall, while it seems to help reduce hair loss, the side effects weren’t worth it for us. If you’re considering trying it, just be mindful of potential side effects.
