Q: Does this stuff work on fingernails???

Compounding pharmacist here. When applied to fingernails or toenails, you generally need something to help with penetration. We’ll commonly compound creams like this with up to 40% DMSO to assist with penetration. Of course doing this dilutes the active drug so we usually will add more active in the powder form to bump the concentration back up. If you’re considering buying DMSO and making your own, I suggest you ask your doctor first.

It did clear the "yellow" out of my toenails..I was very surprised how well it worked!!
