I just sent this message to the seller: Hi! I just opened the Bromelain supplements and it is a really disgusting experience. The smell which came out of the bag was unexplainable. Like something rotten, dead, feces smell. I would never ever put this into my mouth, I feel already sick after smelling this... It is really not fair, because I checked the reviews after this experience and loads of complaints about this rotten smell. I used to take different brands of Bromelain, never ever felt any bad smell of them. It is not unexpectable that loads of complaints about this smell and the company is still selling this product. I want my money back, it is absolutely a rip-off. I bin this, I do not have a stomach to take this smell. I have never ever felt a smell bad like this.

If you think these "smell of death", I can only assume that the only deaths you've witnessed have been in a pineapple factory. They smell a bit like fruity sweets at worst but I didn't think they were particularly unpleasant. Whether they actually do anything is yet to be discovered but no adverse side effects so far.

I’ve bought this repeatedly in this last year but sadly this batch has developed a foul smell after only a few weeks. The bottle is kept tightly closed and no moisture has gotten into the bottle, now worried about the efficacy of the product?

I am used to digestive enzymes and they all have a light smell depending on which you take. This one is absolutely terrible and it seems there is a problem with the product.
