After 45 years of misery, an easy fix!
For 45 years, it annoyed me about the rainwater leaking into my garage. I have replaced the garage doors, the door seals, even attempted to chisel away some concrete to channel the invading water away. Finally! A quality product! Even a caveman like me could install it easily within minutes! And it works! No water in garage! No more sweeping out!First, I lightly wire brushed area. I have a garage floor sealant, and wanted the caulk to stick solidly. Then I measured distance ( twice!) between garage door tracks. The roll was just OVER what was needed, so I cut in half. Laying rubber ( good pliable heavy duty rubber) out, I lined it up as instructed and penciled edges. Instead of totally removing it, I was able to roll one side up on itself while squeezing out the more than enough caulk. That was I simply unrolled it back into place and closed door onto it to hold it in place while it dried. The penciling helped to insure it was perfect. There’s also a yellow line on the rubber to line up the inside edge perfectly- you can gently make corrections as the caulk is still wet. Keeping door closed overnite will ‘ seal the deal’. (Don’t forget to park car outside if you have to go out- driving overstep when caulk is wet will move it! ). There’s plenty of extra caulk, so if there’s any gap between rubber and door frame, pile some caulk in there to make a perfect seal. I put a small piece of Saran Wrap there where I piled extra caulk at edge so it wouldn’t stick to door bottom. Worked perfectly. Rains came after job. Garage is dry- first time in 45 years!

Keep the outside out and the inside in
This is a little tricky to install if you're not a DIYer but otherwise is very straight forward. It works extremely well and with no other modifications keeps the garage sealed from both the elements and a large majority of temperate fluctuations. Would recommend to anyone, I installed it in a brand new home and worked beautifully.

Missing parts
The door seal is pretty awesome, my only complaint was that my sealant came without the tips. Other than that it's a great product and easy to install.

Keeps water out
Does what it was supposed to do. Keeps the rain out. Just needs to be tweaked a bit depending on how level your floor is. So might not be a straight line when you're done but works great.

Quality product.
It was plenty long enough with plenty adhesive. Very satisfied with product and instructions. Very durable in all kinds of weather. I live in Michigan, hot summers and cold winters, its holding up very well.

Easy Install.. Just follow the Instructions.
Two tubes of silicon was provided. I only needed to use one. The part that I needed to go over several times was where and how the garage door closes. After being satisified with how it closes, I laid an outline using painters take since I don't have a pencil or chalk. The material was easy to unroll and seems sturdy. It did seem to come up while being laid down, but I just had to lay something heavy on it during the install. After that just close the garage door for it to cure and stay flat. I would totally recommend.
