great headset for a reasonable price :
Affordable, durable , drawbacks, uses a dongle, does not charge while using always.after about a year though having a little issue with charging fully.Keeping in mind I am not kind with the device, and frequently let it power all the way out.I have no reason to believe more polite use or better attention to charging and fully charging would not eliviate

Nice, solid, reliable headphones
The media could not be loaded. These are very nice and are exactly what I was looking for. I wanted reliable over-the-ear bluetooth headphones that I could use in calls. These are perfect. Someone calls and I can pull out the microphone and answer. Sometimes I keep the microphone slightly out so that I can take a call without touching the headphone.NOTES* The microphone. It has a little blue light on it to show that it's active. Push it all the way in and it automatically mutes. Easy to adjust.- NOTE: One thing about the microphone is that it is sensitive to airflow. Breathe on it and the sound is very loud to the person on the other end of the line. That turns out to not be a drawback, you simply don't need to position it in front of your mouth. Voice volume was very good when the microphone was pulled straight out.* USB-C charger. Yes! It also came with a USB-A to USB-C cable, but I'm now basically able to charge it anywhere in my house that I charge my phone. I was so glad it didn't come with a finicky micro-USB cable.* The Bluetooth connection was solid. I was able to go into the garage and listen to music without interruption. My phone was about 60 ft away through 4 walls. I don't really have a comparison point, so I don't know if this is great, but I did expect to have it drop. Connecting it to devices was quick and easy.* Battery life is good. I didn't try to play music for 40 hours, but it didn't seem unrealistic. I last charged them 9 days ago and the battery is currently at 40%. I don't listen to them every day for hours, but I had a pair previously that would drain in a week with very little use.* Sound quality. I'm no audiophile, but the sound reproduction seemed very good. They handle bass better than I expected. The noise cancellation seems to work for music, but maybe that's just the earpieces fitting very well over my ear? The noise cancellation is supposed to only work through the microphone.* Portability. They fold up nicely and can go into my bag without getting tangled with cables. The microphone is ESPECIALLY nice here as it goes into the earpiece so that it doesn't grab every cable in the bag.* Hard-wired connection. I like to have this option, but I didn't test it. My kids will sometimes run out of battery in their headphones and it would be nice to have a hard-wired connection available. If you have a source that can connect that way...* Bluetooth dongle. I tested this just to test it, but my laptop has bluetooth built in, so I don't really need it. Again though, I love that it's available. Even if I don't need it for the headsets, I now have it available in case I'm ever in a situation where it's needed. Anyway, it worked just like the internal bluetooth.* The build is solid. I feel like they will last. They don't seem cheap at all.Overall, a great value.

Annoying mute on and off
I wouldn't use this for a job where you have to constantly be speaking, such as a call center environment. Sometimes, it disconnects whilst speaking but I can still hear the person on the other end but they are unable to hear me. Also when you mute or un mute the microphone, it speaks and it cuts out the person on the other so you are not able to hear them. I was told, its so the user can be aware they are on mute but the microphone light is on when it's muted and off when it isn't. It is a blue light at the tip of the headset which I think would suffice but the creators added the feature of having the head set speak as an added measure to let user know they are on mute. It might work for some one else but not for meThe pros on this is that the microphone is retractable, the ear muffs are soft and does not hurt after long period of use and the headset is also adjustable. The battery also last a long time when it is fully charged. I used the head set for 7 hours a day and did not need to charge every day, instead I opted for every 2 days and that was good enough. It seems durable and not flimsy.Initially, I gave 3 stars because I am unable to use the head set for the purpose I intended but because of the customer service, I am adding an additional star. They reached out and was very kind.

Works but...
These headphones were solid 5 until the left pin shifted and pops loose daily. Headphones still work, but left side is a bit wobbly. Unfortunately this happens 5 months post purchase.

Excellent headset. Comfortable, yet sturdy. The retractable mile boom is a major plus

Static and no help line/ tech support
I have a co-worker who loves this headset. For me, its too much trouble. First set didn't work. I can't connect the headset to my blue tooth, each attempt fails. There are no tech support phone lines provided. Returned first set. Second set was no different. I was able to use the second set but with a lot of static. I switched out the COOSII headset back to my standard wired headset and static stopped. Second set couldn't attach/connect with blue tooth, had to use dongle. Very unimpressed.

Unreliable - Used for over a year
I have used these headphones/headset for over a year at work and am coming back to say try a different option. These headphones are decent for the most part. Battery life is good, mic sound quality is good. The number one major issue I had was this headset would just drop sound randomly (not run out of battery & not disconnect). I mostly used the USB dongle as the Bluetooth mode did not work well with my very standard Dell work laptop. I had tried my dongle in the laptop and in my dock and had the same issue regardless. When they drop sound, I would have to reconnect the dongle or power on/off the headset or both, to get it to work again. The power off button takes a ridiculously long time to hold down to work, leaving me in a scramble in many calls to get these thing working again. If you are ever leading a call, you don't want to be messing around with this. Also, listening to tunes at work, the sound quality wasn't always great, sometimes there would be a crackle (like an old record). Like all reviews, take this with a grain of salt, maybe I had a bad pair. There are a lot of private label electronic brands on AZ and you never know how its going to go. I likely won't learn from this mistake and will try another brand that you'll never see inside of an actual store. Good Luck!
