I am a cancer survivor and, to give back for all the love and support from other cancer warriors and survivors, I decided to make and distribute chemo caps. I needed a soft yarn with a great variety of colors. Caron Simply Soft yarn feels good on a bald, chemo-tender head and there is a wide range of colors to choose from!

Got just what I ordered.

I usually don’t like Caron yarn unless they have a desirable color, due to the splitting of the yarn. I bought this because I had to complete a crochet commission for a baby girl and baby pink yarn was in very short supply at the beginning of quarantine. This did not split as bad as the Caron Simply Soft I had used before so I was pleasantly surprised. Affordable acrylic choice.

Needed to make 2 baby blankets for twin girls arriving in July. Due to the Stay At Home orders from the Covid 19 pandemic I was able to fine a beautiful soft pink yarn. I guess everyone was knitting or crocheting to pass the time as it was out of stock everywhere. I’ve love Caron Soft yarn and have used it many times.

Exactly what I needed

I have made afghans, lap blankets & baby blankets with this yarn it is so soft & cozy. It’s so nice to work with.
