February 2022 update: this meditation cushion is still in excellent condition. I’ve had it nearly 2 years. It’s greatly improved my journey to meditate. I was a beginner & I feel due to this cushion it truly helped my posture to meditate comfortably & feel balanced. I suffer from lower back pain & this cushion has gotten me in a position, when it’s meditation time, to adjust my posture properly & to mediate pain-free. You’d think after all this time the cushion would be squished but it’s not. It shows the quality. I’ve taken good care of it. I love how the gray covering can be taken off to launder. I wash on the hand wash cycle on cold & hang to dry. It’s still in wonderful condition. This is truly one of the greatest gifts to myself. True longevity. I love it. I feel you will too :)Original review: I began meditation about 2 months ago. Finding a comfortable position anywhere wasn’t ideal. In realizing there are meditation cushions :) I began to browse amazon. I found this cushion & loved the design & description of it. The reviews were wonderful & I went with it. What a major change it’s been for me since having it. The cushion is plush with a velvet like soft material. It’s durable & sturdy for my body. Very solid. I’m 160lbs, 5’6” & there’s plenty of room for more. It’s full & a bit heavy which reflects the quality of it. It’s so comfortable to sit on. It’s design is of a perfect balance for my body posture. It’s such a comfort for meditating & I find myself going to it for a break in the day. It’s become my favorite new piece of “furniture.” The color gray is much darker than the picture shows but I love it along with the comforting white design on top. There’s a sturdy handle for carrying it as well. It’s been a life changer when I meditate. It was well worth what I paid. Due to the quality I foresee the cushion lasting a long time. I definitely recommend!

The Meditation Pillow is great. The mat - well - like others have said - it is super thin. I also had ordered another style of square meditation mat/pillow that I will likely put under this Florensi mat - otherwise it's just like being right on the floor as others said. There's really not much padding to it at all. There are also throw pillow inserts that I've looked at perhaps adding to it as well. But - the material is great for both pieces. A nice soft velour. The pillow itself is great quality. Heavy. I like it.

I am one of THOSE that spends money on a workout outfit and then suddenly im taking walks on the beach again in the morning... this is cute, comfortable, does what it's made for and i'm actually doing more yoga bc of it. Had it in the cart for over a year myself! Just get it

Both the cushion and the seat are extremely comfortable, and are great for multiple uses. Have been using them for breathing, meditation, and flexibility training. Can sit comfortably for long periods, and the combination of the two allows the spine to “stack” properly so there is no back strain during even a 30 minute kriya or zen practice. Toss it in the washer when necessary, and it comes out fresh and ready to go. No issue with either materials or quality.

This was a gift for my cousin who is a yoga instructor and she loved it! The fabric is soft and good quality, the colour is beautiful and was like it was shown. It is also a good size and the round cushion is comfortable to sit on. This gift was a hit and I would recommend it to anyone who is into yoga!

Great pillow for hip elevation - love the quality - cover is washable - the beans inside really form to your butt so this is comfortable for longer seated meditations - I use this as well for my head and shoulders some days during shavasana - great tool for your personal practice
