great generic replacement for voltage regulation
I have a Northern Lights 5KW generator on a boat, which someone let the original voltage regulator board get wet and corroded. When I first started the unit, it was only putting out about 12vac. I removed the old board, and hooked this one up. It only requires an output and field wires to work. As soon as the generator fired up, it was producing 120/240 as it should. Much cheaper than the OEM replacement.

Works as advertised. Had to slightly adjust the voltage, which is quick and easy to do. Maintains voltage well.
