I’m posting so that people can be aware, this will likely mess with your hormones. Since starting this, I’ve had the worst PMS I’ve had in my life and my period was 10 days early. I’ve been told that it can mess with estrogen, so those who are taking estrogen or rely on it for any reason should beware.

I'm doing very well with this supplement. Recommended.

Since taking these Resveratrol capsules in conjunction with the Now brand double strength L-Arginine tablets once a day I have noticed I get better sleep at night and have more energy and focus during the day. I’m not exactly sure if it’s from one or the other or both but I definitely do notice a good change.

Without wading into the health benefits of Resveratrol, I'll say that this offering from NOW Supplements appears unique in offering a [larger] 1-capsule 700mg serving size of straight Japanese Knotweed extract - CONTAINING fifty percent (350mg) of pure trans-Resveratrol.What's cool is the honesty of the labeling and packaging: the front label merely states: "Extra Strength Resveratrol 350mg". They only list the GOOD stuff, as if the other 50% of the knotweed extract were just part of the vegan cellulose capsule!Other vendors I've seen out here would've split each of these 60 doses into 2 smaller capsules and called the product something like "Super Resveratrol 700+" and written "120 Capsules" in big letters while relegating a "Serving size = 2 capsules" to the fine print. Bravo, NOW!Also, the product seems to be high quality - I've purchased other supplements from NOW and accept their stated attention to quality control, etc.
