nice size, nice weight, works great - feels professional. but... the rubberized finish is very poor. lots of imperfections and variations in the black color - some lighter areas, some darker... bad quality control... too much pain to return and "good enough" - if it was more expensive, I'd return.

One of my quarantine projects was to decorate my balcony. Yes, I know! We all went through the same phase haha.I needed a side table, so I made one happen. I lover repurposing objects, so I had to give this one a try. I own a charcoal grill, but unfortunately, we can't use it in our apartment complex. It was sitting in a corner getting full of dust, so I got this tray the exact size as the open area of my grill and put it on top to make a table.It looks very stylish and eye-catching. I got a black, 18". The texture of the top of the tray has a bit of a grip on it, so things don't slide around.

All the photos showed a totally black tray. It's a perfectly fine utilitarian tray. I am using it bottom side up to be a lid for a container - imagine my irritation finding this this clean, streamlined, modern tray has an ugly, not removable label smack dab in the middle of the back. If they'd shown this in the multitude of pictures they showed online - I wouldn't have bought it.
