Initially, I thought the lock would be too heavy compared to the ones we'd used in Amsterdam, but my son reassured me that it was probably the same weight, if not a little lighter. It arrived neatly packed with clear instructions on how to set the lock. I have only just started using it, but it seems a good length, long enough to lock two bikes up together, and good quality.

Bike got robbed and the lock was just completely snapped, with the stem of the lock which fits into the mech being stuck in the lock itself.

As it’s made of plastic thieves were easily able to rip or snap it apart, invest in something higher quality, you won’t regret it

This looked initially like a decent product but after a couple of weeks the combination lock wouldn’t recognise the code and we had to cut it off. Couldn’t return to Amazon as we’d had to cut it off and we could imagine the seller/Amazon saying ‘you must’ve forgotten the code’ - which we hadn’t. Now using the chain with a combination padlock instead ☹️

I used this lock to protect my bike. It was fine when used to secure a wheel while the bike frame was secured by a D-lock (an added protection). But when I used it to secure a friend's bike, I regretted it. We came back after only 20 minutes and a thief had easily broken open this lock and stolen the bike. While the chain is sturdy, the lock mechanism is plastic and easy to force open. My friend wasn't very happy.

Purchased two locks for my bikes. One lock worked perfect, but the reset collar on the other would not turn. I notified the company, and they immediately sent me another. Works great. Thank you for being a great company and having great customer relations! Greatly appreciate your professionalism.

Catena ben fatta....poi se vengono con frullino... 7/ 8/ 10 mm. non fa differenza. Comunque ottimo dissuasore.
