This is a fantastic quality item for the price! Firstly, the packing is a work of art! This was a good sign, everything meticulously packed / arranged, with much care taken to ensure the parts were protected. The overall quality of the parts is excellent too, I mean everything was well built, all of the fixings for the screws welded nicely in to place, and EVERYTHING lined up and fitted together beautifully!! This finished product looks like it cost way more than £1250!! It’s fantastic!! Also we had a box short-shipped….I messaged customer service, on Bank Holiday Monday, they replied the same day and they arranged for the missing box to be shipped…it arrived 2 days later! So, what wasn’t so good…. The suggested installation time is 2 people for 4 hours…no chance!! 😆 It took 2 people all day (so let’s say 7hrs after we’ve deducted tea breaks!)… I mean it takes over an hour to unpack and check that everything is present! I also had to use the online video to check a couple of things as the paper manual is ok but not great in detail in some places. Overall an amazing structure! I hope it now stands up to the British weather!!

We purchased this gazebo via Amazon UK. The product is first class, comprised of powder coated aluminium posts (wood effect) and galvanised steel roof, the gazebo comes with very well made waterproof curtains which can be zipped together making it suitable for all seasons use. Everything about the product is top quality and it’s clearly very well designed with attention to detail. After constructing the gazebo we discovered that a few components were missing - these were finishing caps for aesthetics, they didn’t affect the actual build. We contacted Toolport about this and also to ask a couple of questions about the construction (to double check that we had understood all instructions) and we received fantastic customer service from Débora Mérida. The only other comment I would add is that constructing the gazebo does take time, we had three people involved which was ideal, realistically it took 2 days to put the gazebo together and all of them are experienced in DIY, the instructions provided were excellent. We would highly recommend this product and the company.

What a gazibo..much better than i had expected it to be. Packed great and delivered quick. I constructed it myself and took nearly two days on and off taking it easy. Instructions are good just follow the step by step pictures. Id advise two people really but just to get the 3rd and 4th leg secured and the framework up. Everything went well throughout the construction. All holes matched up, nothing to heavy and all parts fitted as they should. The curtains are good quality, light yet strong with velcro fastenings for each post. The hooks are rubber not plastic and very flexible. Two sets of hooks and hook guides.. out side for the curtains and inside i assume for a flynet, which ill probably use to hang small solar garden lights. Plenty of spare nuts and washers etc Im really impressed with it now its finished and am happy to recommend this gazibo to anyone considering getting one. I was considering a wooden gazibo but constructed were double the price but really glad i opted for this one now even though i had to construct it myself ..certainly value for money .😍 😁👌 Once constructed i secured a piece of stainless steel plate where the hook was on the roof internally with self tapping screws and fitted a full size fan and light to it. I also secured external plug socket to the front post , fairy lights hanging from inside hooks around top of curtains which i thought was the icing on the cake !

Delivery fast but only 1 driver needs 2 strong people to carry boxes. We'll packaged & even a metal cage to protect roof panels. 2 people to erect but a 3rd is ideal handing out instructions & nuts & bolts etc. Allow 1-2hrs just to unpack. I am a diy person took 4hrs to erect. But I used my own spanner & a impact driver with socket adaptor. If using tools supplied expect 8hrs to erect guessing. Quality is great you get what you pay for. Read instructions carefully easy to follow & pieces very well labelled. Only time will tell how long it lasts but compared to my old polycarbonate roof gazebo 3 yrs. I am confident this will last longer. Even the curtains feel a good quality.

This is a stunning Gazebo any one who i might be thinking about buying one,it is a really good one I would highly recommend buying it if you are thinking about it ,I love it and glad I bought it

This came with clear instructions and labelling. Takes quite a while to construct. The finish makes this look way more expensive than it is. People as they approach think it is real wood until I tap the support with my nail, saying, “No oiling or or painting” just a wipe down after winter and you are good to go. One person has complained about the curtains flapping especially if you wish to only close one side as a sunshade. I have a cunning plan for next spring to sort that out and will perhaps let you know how if I remember to up date.

Well engineered, well written instructions and all parts labelled. It did take hours to put up, my husband and I started at 10:30 this morning and finished at 20:00 but still have to anchor it to the ground. You could definitely do with at least three people to erect it. Putting the roof on with just two of you is really quite hard. It looks really good now it’s up.

I bought this after seeing my mum and dads. I’m delighted with it. It’s so sturdy and I love that it’s an all year one. It was windy here the other day and it never budged. Well packaged and great instructions. Took my 2 lads a good few hours to put together. You most def need at least 2 strong people to build it. The boxes it comes in are so heavy I felt so sorry for the young lad who delivered it. It should be a 2 man delivery buts that’s my only bad point. It’s a superior gazebo in every way obviously apart from a lovely oak one. Excellent value for money.

In due ci vuole una giornata per montarlo.....ma è davvero stupendo e di ottima fattura. Molto solido. Istruzioni molto semplici e comprensibili. Ottima spesa. È arrivato con una settimana di anticipo!

Todo perfecto , venía todo muy bien embalado y con todos sus accesorios y muy bien explicado todo para poder armarlo , es muy fácil y sencillo , aunque lleva su trabajo y unas cuantas horas yo recomiendo por lo menos 2 personas , porque hay cosas que uno solo pues te apañarnos peor , aunque también se podría, buscándote las mañas ...muy bonito y buen cenador una vez armado ...queda precioso y se le ve bien reforzado , para aguantar inclemencias del tiempo ...

Schon nach dem Öffnen der ersten Kartons , war ich beeindruckt von den Qualität der Beschichtung. Überall topp, keine Beschädigungen und die Holzoptik ist absolut perfekt! Beim Aufbau hätte ich nur Applaudieren können, sehr gute Verpackung, perfekte Beschriftung und sehr gute Verarbeitung. Alles passte 100%ig, alles exakt winklig, alle Einziehgewinde bombenfest. Ich bin Maschinenbauer und weiß wovon ich rede. Zusammen mit der sehr guten Aufbauanleitung, kann man dies nicht besser machen. Man sollte sich allerdings von vier Stunden Aufbauzeit verabschieden. Zum Aufstellen braucht man , mal kurzzeitig 3-4 Personen und auch für die Dachplatten ist eine zweite Person, zum Anreichen hilfreich. Den Rest könnte man theoretisch allein machen. Ein Tag geht schon drauf. Ein wenig erschrocken war ich, als ich die Standsäulen anhob. Diese sind schon sehr dünn. Jedoch ist es mit den Verstrebungen und der Bodenverankerung ausreichend. Heute nach dem ersten Regen. Das Dach ist absolut dicht. Die fehlende Dachrinne ist, wie schon in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt, ein Nachteil. Schade! Das wäre sicher, relativ einfach mit in die Konstruktion einzufügen gewesen. So muss ich ich mal sehen was der Baumarkt hergibt. Trotzdem, eine klare Kaufempfehlung!!! Durch die Holzoptik, alternativlos am Markt. Wir haben den Pavillon auf eine vorhandene Holzterrasse gebaut. Dies ist sehr stimmig. Eventuell auftretende Wärmestauung unterem Dach, werde ich mit einer Ventilator-Lampe begegnen.

Cette tonnelle est de très bonne qualité et très esthétique, je l'utilise pour abriter un jacuzzi. La notice est particulièrement précise, et le montage très aisé avec 2 personnes, il faut prévoir 1 journée car cette tonnelle est solide, donc elle nécessite beaucoup de boulons/écrous ce qui est normal. Suite à une erreur de la part sur la commande le service commercial a été très efficace.

Wirklich ein hervorragender Bausatz, gute Anleitung und jedes noch so kleine Teil ist beschriftet. Am Ende steht das Teil sehr stabil und sieht gut aus. Den Aufbau haben wir in einem Tag geschafft, größtenteils zu zweit, allerdings ist es ungemein hilfreich bei ein paar Schritten zu dritt oder besser zu viert zu sein.
