Clever gadget, but you have to sort the tomatoes which will fit in the tube, which adds time.

I wish the tube was a bit smaller in diameter. Grapes and cherry tomatoes have to be HUGE to fit securely in this. Average sized grapes / tomatoes do not cut evenly, sometimes they don’t cut at all because they are small enough to fit between the blade and edge of the housing tube.

The blade works well in cutting when you go up and down. The problem is that the food, tomatoes, olives move when cutting them and you get very uneven cut pieces. Doesn't matter much when I'm cutting olives, but the tomatoe being so uneven means they are ugly to use for a garnish. If I had used it before buying I wouldn't have purchased it. If you don't care if your food comes out more uneven and diced you will like the quickness of cutting the food.

I use on a regular basis to cut my cherry tomatoes it is very good. Sometimes it may miss cutting one or two but that is okay because the majority of the time it slices them all. Worth the price it is much quicker than me cutting the tomatoes individually. The slicer is really sharp.

I have been slicing grapes for my Grandsons since they were three. They are older now and they eat more, which means more slicing for Grandma! Unfortunately, grapes vary in sizes. It takes picking and placing the grapes to get a uniform cutting of them (some were in half, some had just slices taken off of a side). It may work on tomatoes. Give it a try

It is a great cutter. It may take a while to get used to it. But after that, I love it.

Grapes and cherry tomatoes don't fit perfectly resulting in very uneven cuts. Blade tends to rip versus cur cleanly.It is a time saver if you don't have cosmetic needs.
