This product has been wonderful for me! I fell and hurt my back. I was getting better slowly but after taking these at night on day 1 I noticed a difference in the pain level when getting out of bed. Day 2 I got up with almost no pain. This product is great.

Good for Chronic Pain
I’ve been having severe pain in my upper arm and opposite wrist/hand. Doctor can’t seem to find cause, and she refused to Rx a muscle relaxer. She’s all about natural therapy and frowned on that notion. I went straight to Amazon, typed in Muscle Relaxer in search bar, and up pop this option. The dosage is two capsules, but all I needed was one to help, well…. relax my muscles. I am going to make sure I have this in my medicine cabinet from now on. It has Valyrian Root, which helps me get to sleep as well. I’m an insomniac as it is, let alone an insomniac in pain. Who wants to be wide awake in pain, right? I don’t need to look anywhere else. I’ve found my home remedy for chronic pain.
