perfect for flat pedals
great shoes for flat pedals and comfortable and durable.

Solid Sole
I bought these for riding on my flat pedals. I found them hot in the summer and switched to sneakers. I do appreciate the sole is the best and really sticks to the mtn bike pedal screws. They don't provide much warmth in the winter but they seem to be waterproof. So good and not so good for me.
