After the first batch, is this kit easy to grow the mushrooms again and again?

One or two batches it is what you can get after the first and not as big I bought it for my mom to have fun

what is the average weight of a harvest for each flush?

The first flush is often about 3/4 lb and subsequent flushes diminish from there.

My block has black fuzzy mold or something growing in the bottom of it. What did i do wrong? Is there a way to fix it?

You can contact North Spore directly for better answers. It is normal to have a white mold-like covering (the mycelium), but if it is black that is probably not good.

Can I spray too much water?

Not really. You want to keep it damp to really damp, but also do not want to saturate it with water standing in the bag
