A below average product with a BIG design flaw.
The magsafe charger port was hanging as if broken. The problem is a huge design flaw. The screws used to put the magsafe charger in place are too short. And even after tightening those, the magsafe charger kept falling out fhe moment you try to take your phone off of it. The only solution is to use the longer screws (that are there on the stand) on the magsafe charger, only then it stays in its place. This is such a hassle.The charging speed is rather slow compared to an actual magsafe charger.All in all, a useless purchase.

Good product and great customer service.
Works as intended. Some issue with watch charger. Oscillates between on and off state every 10-15 mins. Watch makes the charge on sound once every 10-15 mins. Otherwise a good charger.My charger stoped working after 6 months. They replaced with a new one within a week. Thanks for the fast service.

It has settled into my daily routine so much that I didn't know it wasn't there it's easy to use and setup and once you start using it, You don't have to worry about it that much

Works as intended. Gave 4 stars because diffuser doesn't work. Magsafe is strong with magsafe case or if phone is used without any case.
