Awesome product. Shipped right on time. Easy to install. They sound amazing and I think I might have even gained a little on performance. I’d recommend this to anyone with factory pipes. Nice easy cost effective way to upgrade your bike to the BMF it should be.

I will come back and update this at a later date with more miles under the belt, but intial thoughts are that I am pleasantly surprised by quality, ease of install, finish and overall sound for the price. I am glad I went with the baffles on the 4.5 since start up is slightly louder than stock, but man does it thump when the throttle is pulled back. I did it in the garage with the door down and that was a mistake due to how loud it got. Nice sound at up to 70 mph and you can definitely hear it coming up next to you if you're in a car, but it's not super obnoxious.The hardest part of the install was removing the old slip-ons. Their instructions are better than HDs since they include pictures and remind you to keep old hardware for later use. Be sure to save the old hardware as you have to reuse some to attach it to the saddle bag mount. Overall it was a 30 minutes install if you know what you are doing. Prior to starting it up, wipe your prints off like it states so you don't tarnish the chrome on the initial heat up.

The media could not be loaded. ** update(5/12/‘25) Inner baffle has come loose, and has an annoying vibration sound, reached out to manufacturer- which is overseas, and was told the “warranty” is a $50 refund from Amazon for a 6month old product. The Amazon statement from manufacturer makes it feel like manufacture only relies on what amazon is going to offer, and I did confirm with manufacturer there is no replacement option, only an insulting refund.When the bike is washed, the exhaust does drip a rust color.The bike was too quiet. This helped with the sound, and doesn’t overwhelm the radio- but my windshield might be a factor. I haven’t noticed a performance gain or loss- but I got mine for the sound improvement. Mine haven’t pitted like some mentioned, but I don’t rain ride.

My pipes came with the tips upside down which at the end of the day I guess it’s ok but I would prefer them to be as shown. You could remove the Allen screws and beat on it with a rubber mallet but the won’t simply come off and I gave up. Sounds deeper than my stock pipes.

The media could not be loaded. They are just as good or better as the vance and hines I had taken off . After several attempts contacting VH customer support I couldn't get a straight answer to replace the tips I had that were pitted ...and when I contacted SHARKROADS customer support they knew everything I asked ..I can buy replacement tips..even different kinds ..can even order different baffles !!

Nothing to dislike great product for the price!
