Bought this for a baby shower gift. The parents are very happy with the quality of the monitor. Works as it should. Easy to setup and use. Great value and seems durable.

The Hello Baby Monitor has been exceptional. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, even at night. Setup was a breeze, and it has excellent range throughout our home. The battery life is impressive, lasting all night. Features like temperature display and lullabies are great bonuses. Highly recommend for any parent!

We had the single camera version and liked it so much, we bought this one when we found out we were expecting our second. It’s a great value for the price. It’s easy to set up and pack up for a trip or a stay with grandparents. Love that it doesn’t use wifi. The video quality is really good. And you can move the camera to see a lot of the room! Left, right and up and down.

We bought this monitor in April and we love it. Easy set up. Easy to mount. Decent battery life. Good Value for the price. Great picture quality. Love the features on the handheld. The lullabies and being able to talk to you child through the camera. I love being able to see the time on the monitor instead of having to try and find my phone to see what time it is. I love being able to sent alarms for temperatures in the room. About a month after it we not in e the volume on the handheld becoming fainter and fainter until one night it didn’t have any sound at all. Within the same week they sent us a new handheld part and an extra camera! Super responsive. Just hoping we don’t experience the same problem again!

We ordered this camera about 4 months ago after a not-so-great experience with a similarly priced camera that quit holding a charge after about a month of use. We were immediately impressed with the better quality of the picture/sound and all of the features. Unfortunately, our toddler was playing with the monitor and cracked one side of the screen pretty badly. It spider-webbed out and made the entire screen pretty unusable.I quickly ordered another set from the “buy again” link so we could get back online quickly since the replacement monitor said it would take much longer to deliver than the whole set. I figured I would just use the extra cameras with the new monitor and have 4 cameras. I emailed customer service to ask for guidance on how to connect all of the cameras (or if it were possible) and they informed me that the set I had just ordered was an updated version from the set I ordered 4 months prior and would not be compatible with the other cameras.They very well could have left it at that and been completely justified, but instead they offered to ship me an extra set (monitor and two cameras) so that I could still have 4 cameras and a backup monitor should the toddler-saurus strike again.

We love the hello baby monitor - we have two under two and being able to watch and hear them both clearly within 100ft is perfect! We can sit in the yard and relax and still be able to hear and see them. The battery life lasts all day during naps then we just charge overnight so we can still hear them. There are brightness and sound levels to choose from along with zoom in and out features. The picture is super clear.We took these monitors to Europe with us and set up in each country we visited was super easy! Highly recommend.

The picture quality on this monitor is okay, and the sound quality is good, but the battery life decreased exponentially over one year. At one point the sound stopped working altogether, and when I tried to get a new set under the warranty, I ended up exchanging several emails with the company to no avail. Now I need a new monitor, and I'm avoiding this one because if the battery life only lasts one year, I'd rather spend more money now than spend the same money twice within a year. Not doing it a third time.

UPDATE 10/2024:Despite the shortcomings of my review below we decided to keep the camera system due to time constraints. About 18mos later the screen had a bit of discoloration and I noticed the battery never fully charged and was causing the unit to get warm.I emailed support asking to buy a new battery for the unit as I was out of warranty. They replied in less than 24hrssaying that they’re sending a whole new camera system. Unprompted. I was fine paying for a new battery and installing it myself (easy enough).The new unit arrived about a week later (storm delays) and is a nice upgrade. The camera no longer is zoomed in by default. I did have to drill new holes as they changed the wall mount system. Worth it.Thanks again Hellobaby!Old review below:Have this mounted well over 6ft on the wall facing down at my son’s crib and we can only see maybe 50% of the crib. He’s older and moves out of range often. The other cam is on a bookshelf on the other side of my daughter’s room pointed at her bed and you still can’t see the entire bed.No way these would work attached to the crib unless you want to monitor your baby’s earwax or nose crust.That said they’re good cameras and easy to setup. There are zero wall mounting instructions so you have to kind of figure it out (it wasn’t hard but not obvious at first either).Monitor range was fine. Cover the light bar with electrical tape if it bothers you. Sound goes low enough for the camera switching sound change not to bother you while you sleep. Decent features that all worked well when tested. Split screen support is missing. No volume buttons on the unit means you have to blind yourself at night to get to a menu to change the volume.We will be returning this set and trying something else.
