Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras

We love this monitor and this company! After our first VTech baby monitor had so many issues with connectivity and poor range, even within our house, we decided to try the HelloBaby Monitor based on the reviews and reasonable price point. Set up was a breeze, and the picture quality is great. We have two cameras, one in each of our kids’ rooms, and I like how the monitor switches back and forth between their rooms every few seconds. It’s also super easy to travel with, and we’ve taken it with us on vacation several times. We originally purchased the monitor in January of 2023, and just recently started having problems with the charging cable not working and the monitor not holding a charge. I reached out to the HelloBaby support, and after a little troubleshooting, they suggested I buy a new replacement monitor only (the cameras didnt need replacement), and also offered a $15 rebate once I purchased the monitor. I did as advised, but unfortunately found out a few days later that the monitor replacement was out of stock for the foreseeable future. HelloBaby reached back out to me and let me know that they would be sending me a brand new, newest version monitor and 2 cameras, free of charge. This was totally unexpected and went above and beyond. Our family will be loyal HelloBaby customers!

I absolutely love my HelloBaby 5” Baby Monitor! As a new parent, this device has given me so much peace of mind. The 26-hour battery life is a game-changer—I can go about my day without constantly worrying about recharging. The two cameras with pan-tilt-zoom are fantastic, allowing me to check on my little one from any angle, even from 1000ft away! The night vision is crystal clear, and the two-way talk feature lets me soothe my baby with my voice whenever needed. Plus, the 8 languages and baby registry search options are such thoughtful additions. The 5” LCD screen is bright and easy to use, and with over 300 units sold in the past month, I can see why this is a must-have! Highly recommend to all parents out there! 😊

This product is fantastic! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is top-notch, and it works perfectly. I highly recommend it! I was particularly impressed with how well it performed right out of the box. The installation was incredibly easy, taking only a few minutes to set up. I also appreciate that it doesn't rely on WIFI, which makes it very secure and eliminates any concerns about hacking. The sound transmission is crystal clear, allowing for excellent communication.

UPDATE: I see why everyone comments on the customer service in their reviews. This company is fantastic. They contacted me offering help with my product or they'd send me a replacement unit if I'd prefer. Originally I had planned to return the monitor and buy something else, but somehow the packaging got thrown away, so we were kind of stuck with it. They let me know I wouldn't even have to send back the original and they'd still send a replacement to see if the sound detection was any better. A couple days later we received a totally new set with all parts needed. The sound detection seems to be slightly better, but for the customer service they provided without me even contacting them I'm very impressed. To be clear, our baby is just not very loud. He whimpers and grunts but to be honest if he gets to the point of actual cries he has been complaining for a while already. With that being said, this monitor just doesn't cut it for sound detection. It's like at a certain decibal it is very clear, but even on the highest volume setting I can BARELY hear his noises when I press the monitor speaker up to my ear. We really need something with loud volume settings and this is not it. Our 7 year old Motorola set is seriously loud and that's what we need, however the battery doesn't hold a charge on that one so we need a replacement. The picture quality in night vision isn't great but I don't rely on that so it doesn't bother me all that much. I like the rotating function and the large monitor screen, although volume controls being right on the unit face would be nice. It could be a good monitor for some, but it just won't work for us so I'll be returning and looking for something else.

We have been very happy with this monitor. I love so many of the features. It doesn't require WiFi which is really nice. The range is great as well. We have about an acre of land and I can walk almost anywhere outside and still hear baby. (House is approximately in the middle of said acre). I like that I can move the cameras and see the temperature to make sure babybis comfy. Battery life is good. I leave it plugged in at night and never have to charge it throughout the day. It's all around just a really good product. After using it for less than 6 months, I did have an issue with sound on the monitor. I couldn't hear anything, but every other feature was working. I reached out to customer service and within a day they replied. They arranged a replacement immediately while also trying to help me trouble shoot the issue. I am still awaiting arrival of the replacement, but they provided me with tracking info promptly so I know it's on the way. I would absolutely gift this monitor set to anyone who is expecting.
